1Introduction
By registering for and using Wapiuu services you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. This document governs your rights and obligations regarding use of the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
2Scope of Service
Wapiuu provides bulk messaging, campaign management, automated messaging, webhooks and API integration over WhatsApp and Telegram. Scope depends on your chosen plan, platform (WhatsApp/Telegram) and features. Features may be updated without prior notice; material changes will be communicated where possible.
3User Obligations
You will use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp/Telegram usage policies. Sending spam, fraud, hate speech or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Unauthorized use may result in account suspension.
4Payment and Cancellation
Paid plans start at the beginning of the chosen period (monthly/yearly). Payment is due in advance or per period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; mid-period refunds are generally not offered. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
5Intellectual Property
The Wapiuu brand, logo, interface, documentation and software are owned by Wapiuu. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering or commercial use is prohibited. Content you create through the service remains yours; you grant us only the license necessary to provide the service.
6Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for disruptions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram).
7Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. After termination you may request an export of your data; data is deleted after legal retention periods. Cancellation or termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first; legal action may be taken if disagreement continues.
9Changes and Contact
